Peaches

Ingredients
- 2 Litres of water
- 4 cups of peaches
- 3 cups of honey
- 1 cup of grape juice
- 1/3 pack of champagne yeast

- 2 and ½ tablespoons of elderly flowers whose stems have already been removed.
- ¼ teaspoon of peptic enzyme
Procedure for making the peach mead
Put the peaches in boiling water for some time then place them in an ice birth. This will help to remove the skins of the peaches and give you an easy time when chopping them up.
